Description
The HID FARGO HDP5000e is a 7th-generation High Definition Printing (HDP) retransfer card printer built for reliable, high-volume card issuance across corporate, government, and educational environments. Operating at speeds up to 133 cards per hour, it produces vibrant, over-the-edge photo credentials with resin scramble data protection, TLS encryption, and user password controls to safeguard cardholder data. The system is cloud-ready via HID FARGO Connect, easy to maintain through its SmartScreen interface, and modular—supporting field upgrades for dual-sided printing, lamination, and inline contact or contactless smart card encoding.
