The ZKTeco S922 is a ruggedized, portable fingerprint time and attendance terminal specifically engineered for off-site workforce management in challenging environments such as construction sites, logistics, mining, and agriculture. Housed in an IP65-rated waterproof, dustproof, and rubber-coated shockproof enclosure (durable up to a $0.5\text{m}$ drop), it features a built-in top carrying handle and a large $7,600\text{ mAh}$ backup battery to ensure extended cordless operation in remote field locations. Powered by the ZKFinger V10.0 algorithm on a $3.5\text{-inch}$ TFT screen, the unit supports multi-factor authentication across a high capacity of 50,000 fingerprints and 50,000 ID/IC cards and stores up to 800,000 transaction logs. It offers flexible communication choices—including standard TCP/IP and USB host along with optional Wi-Fi and 3G/4G connectivity—and integrates standard firmware features like ADMS, work codes, photo ID, and automatic status switching.
